Choosy, a NY-based fashion startup whose platform allows users to influence collections based on their favorite styles, has raised a $5.4M seed led by NEA. Additional participants included ERA, Forerunner Ventures, XFactor Ventures and Innovation Global Capital. Choosy was founded in 2017 by Jessie Zeng, Mo Zhou and Sharon Qian; their total investment to date is $5.4M in addition to an undisclosed angel round. Learn more about Choosy here.
Quip, a Brooklyn-based healthcare startup seeking to make oral health more enjoyable by delivering unique solutions, has raised $10M in debt funding from Silicon Valley Bank. VidMob, a NY-based social adtech startup whose platform connects users with video editors to turn raw footage into consumable content, has raised a $6.4M extension to a $7.5M Series A that was announced in November 2017. You and Mr. Jones Brandtech Ventures led the round, which received participation from Macanta Investments, Acadia Woods and Interlock Partners. VidMob was founded in 2014 by Alex Collmer, Craig Coblenz and Jason Donnell; their total investment to date is $19.9M. Learn more about VidMob here.
